How do I take a childbirth class at BCNJ?
Our Childbirth classes are open to anyone interested! To access our Childbirth classes, you can register here. Our education course lasts four weeks from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and happens each Saturday.

- How to have good sleep while pregnant
