How do I take a childbirth class at BCNJ?


Our Childbirth classes are open to anyone interested! To access our Childbirth classes, you can register here. Our education course lasts four weeks from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and happens each Saturday.


What do you talk about in the classes?


The classes cover different areas of the childbirth process.

Some topics we talk about include:

  • What to expect during each of the three trimesters
  • When does the baby start moving? 
  • What to do about nausea and morning sickness
  • How to have good sleep while pregnant
  • What happens during labor
  • What happens in postpartum
